I’ve worked with a wide range of schools and trusts, both in the UK and internationally, on school improvement projects to develop their approaches to both teaching and teacher development.
Projects have included:
- developing professional development systems
- implementing instructional coaching and training coaches
- refining approaches to teaching and learning
- iterating assessment practices
I’m obsessed with the nitty gritty of how schools can practically implement highly effective educational approaches, informed by the latest evidence-base, in ways that are most likely to improve teaching and the lives of pupils.
